No Refund & No Return Policy

At Solandis Cosmetics, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@solandiscosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

This policy does not apply to orders shipped to the European Union. If your order is being delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
